Are Milano Straps leather watch bands made from genuine leather?

Yes, Milano Straps leather watch bands are made from genuine leather. Our alligator bands are also made from authentic alligator leather. We use only high-quality materials to ensure that our leather watch bands are durable and comfortable to wear.

Can I replace the buckle on my Milano Straps leather watch band?

Yes, you should be able to replace the buckle on your Milano Straps watch band. Our watch bands have a standard buckle that can be easily removed and replaced with another buckle. All our watch band come with an usefull spring bar remover but if If you are unsure how to do this, you may want to consult a professional watch repair service.

How do I care for my Milano Straps leather watch band?

To care for your Milano Straps leather watch band, we recommend using a leather conditioning balm to keep the leather soft and supple. Simply apply a small amount of balm to a clean, dry cloth and gently rub it into the leather. Be sure to avoid getting the balm on the watch face or any other part of the watch. You should also avoid exposing the leather to water, as this can cause it to become stiff and dry. If the band does get wet, be sure to dry it off thoroughly before wearing it again. Finally, store your leather watch band in a cool, dry place when not in use to help extend its lifespan.

Why the straps are with two sizes like 20mm x 16mm?

A watch strap typically has two different sizes: the lug size and the buckle size. The lug size refers to the width of the strap at the point where it attaches to the watch case, and is measured in millimeters. The buckle size, on the other hand, refers to the width of the strap at the point where it attaches to the buckle, and is also measured in millimeters. The 20 mm x 16mm indicates that the lug size is 20mm and the buckle size is 16mm. These two measurements are important because they ensure that the strap fits properly on the watch and that the buckle is the correct size to securely fasten the strap.

No, you do not have to pay to return the watch band. Milano Straps will provide you with a return label via email. You will be responsible for attaching the label to the package and dropping it off at a designated shipping location.
