While we are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you will need to follow the instructions set out below.
You have the right to cancel your contract or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the products, without any need to give reasons. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is received by you or your nominated recipient. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made or personalized goods.
The easiest way to use the right of withdrawal is to return the product to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the products before the 14-day period has expired, you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the14-day period. To do so, simply apply for a RMA here

You will need to pay the return postage. We recommend you to use a tracked mail system and retain proof of postage and we suggest you to insure the products to their full value. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
In any case, you must return the products to us in their original condition within 14 days on the date on which you informed us that you want to want to cancel your order or if you have not notified us that you want to cancel your order, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
Any products returned must be in their original condition, including paperwork, user manual, service papers and box as applicable. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund for loss in value. It is important to know that the paperwork (where supplied) substantially increases the value of the products. If you return the products with missing or damaged paperwork, we will make a reasonable deduction to the sum refunded to you not exceeding 25% of the purchase price.
As long as any products you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is the earliest.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed within 30 days.
In order to make use of this right of return, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that Milano Straps provided when the offer was made and/or at the latest upon delivery.
You are precluded from the right of return if the product has been created by Milano Straps in accordance with your specifications or if the products are clearly of a personal or nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
The right of return is not available for the Customized products on order.
