I ordered 20mm but received 19mm. I decided to keep it because the quality was what I was looking for. This strap is very similar to Colareb’s Firenze straps. I have been burned before ordering from Colareb with their lack of quality control. Milano strap came as pictured. The one down side is lack of quick release function which are quiet prevalent everywhere.
